Quilt Row 3 Square 1-Randy Falgoust

Randy J. Falgoust

In Memory of Randy J. Falgoust

September 1, 1964 – March 1, 2016

My beautiful son passed away on the first of March, of a massive heart attack. He was a big part of our lives, because he had a mental issue for the last 30 years.

Randy was born in New Orleans in 1964. Soon after, we moved to the country. Labadieville, La. He was a very happy and loving child. Randy had two brothers, one older, one younger.

During his younger day he loved animals, such as ducks, he loved music and cars. At the age of 21 he was diagnosed with paranoid/schizophrenia. He lived on disability, in his own apartment, and was able to care for himself. His father and I did help him with expense, food etc. He was very clean for himself and kept his apartment very nice. Unknown to us he had many, many friends. That was proof to us, at his services.

We donated his organs. We do hope that by donating his organs, many will benefit. We are proud that someone will be able to use his eyes, to see and enjoy the world.

We are missing Randy each and every day. I am sure he is right next to Jesus and looking down on us.
